Coaching Requirements

River East Minor Hockey will be accepting applications for AA and A Hockey.  We encourage all interested individuals to apply.

Applicants will be notified when their applications have been received. The Selection Committee will contact coaches regarding possible interviews and inform all applicants of the results.

Coaches and assistant coaches are required to supply the following information:

Royals A1 deadline: September 15th

Royals assistant coaches are required to fill out and send in a coaching application once they have been selected.






Hockey Manitoba Coaching Requirements

  • All team officials must have Respect in Sport by December 1st.
  • Coaches (including Assistants) must have proper certification by December 1st.
  • Each team must have a certified Safety - Level 1 person(s).
  • All Minor Hockey Coaches must wear a helmet during all on-ice activities.
