2023-2024 Registration Information

A Hockey Registration

U7 and U9 House league will be placed on a team at one of the area community clubs.

U9: U9 players can select between U9 “A” hockey and U9 “House Hockey”. U9 “A” hockey will involve tryouts, U9 House is recreational house league hockey. Female players can also choose U9 Female Hockey. They will play in the female league.

U11 and older: All "A" hockey registrations participate in evaluations to determine A1, A2, A3 team placement.

For Male Hockey at U15 and U18: AA and A1 level is body contact, players can opt out of body contact and will play A2/A3 level. Players will still attend evaluations to determine team formation.

Reminder: One parent/guardian of each player will be required to complete the online Parent Respect in Sport program and link it to each player in order for their child to participate.

Community Club: Even though you are registering online with REMHA you are still associated with your home Community Club. If you are unsure of which community center you belong to please refer to the River East Community Club Boundaries link above to view the map.  Please ensure you answer the community club question accurately when filling out registration forms.

AA Hockey Registration

For U13 and older: Two registration options are available during registration. Select “WITH "AA" TRYOUTS” if the player wishes to tryout for AA hockey or "A" if the player wants A1, A2, A3 evaluations..

AAA Hockey Registration

Winnipeg AAA requires players to display a Community Club registration form in order to be assigned to a roster. Therefore you must register for A/AA Hockey at River East first.

Post Registration

Development Camp, Evaluation Session schedules and group assignments will be emailed to you a week before the first ice time.
